Stuffed Kadaif

Ingredients

  • 150 g kadaif
  • 150 g crushed walnuts
  • 500 g water
  • 500 g sugar
  • quarter lemon
  • 5 eggs
  • Riviera olive oil for frying

Preparation 

Add sugar, lemon, water and boil for 5 minutes, cool on one side. Open the kadaifs in the form of hand-sized leaves, put the crushed walnuts in it and wrap it like a wrap. After preparing all the kadaifs, dip them in scrambled eggs and fry them in hot olive oil until they are cooked, take them out of the oil and put them in cold sherbet. Wait 20 minutes and remove from the syrup. Serve lukewarm.
